刪除 SULOK 帳戶與資料
即使你已刪除或無法開啟 App，仍可在此提出帳戶刪除要求。
提出要求
- 按下方按鈕，使用你註冊 SULOK 時的電郵地址寄出要求。
- 主旨請保留「刪除 SULOK 帳戶」。如使用另一電郵，請在內容提供你的註冊電郵或用戶名稱。
- 我們會回覆核實帳戶擁有人身份，並在核實後處理刪除。一般會在 7 日內完成。

會刪除的資料
- SULOK 登入帳戶、個人檔案及推送通知識別資料
- 收藏、願望清單、刊登、出價、聊天訊息及用戶上載內容
- 其他可直接連結至該帳戶的個人資料
為履行法律責任、防止詐騙、保障平台及處理爭議而必須保留的最少紀錄，可能會在必要期限內保留；其餘資料會被刪除或不可逆地匿名化。
如你仍可登入 SULOK，可於「設定 → 刪除帳戶」直接完成。使用本網頁毋須重新安裝 App。
只刪除部分資料
你可以在 App 內刪除自己的收藏項目、願望清單、關注項目及刊登。若要刪除其他指定資料但保留帳戶，請使用註冊電郵聯絡 sulok@suloktcg.com，列明要刪除的資料；我們會先核實帳戶擁有人身份。
Delete your SULOK account
You can request deletion without reinstalling or opening the app. Email sulok@suloktcg.com from your registered address with the subject “Delete SULOK account”. You may also request deletion of specified data while keeping your account. We will verify ownership and normally complete the request within 7 days. Deleted data will be removed or irreversibly anonymised, except for the minimum records that must be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
